I wanted to take a moment to thank you and Roz, and most especially Ben Zander, for giving Sterling Commerce a remarkable and truly unforgettable experience. I spoke with Laraine Levine for over half an hour the other day and she could not stop raving about both Ben's presentation and its effect on the attendees. She said that she herself was moved to tears in many places and even afterward she was still emotionally affected by his words. Many others in the audience were similarly affected. I am so grateful that you were all so willing to make changes to the other program in Orlando to accomodate the Sterling folks. Laraine has offered to give her personal testimony to anyone who is looking for a recommendation for Mr. Zander, and as you know, in this business that is high praise. Thank you all again.
