Dear Ben


The impact of your presentation at our Regional Managers' Meeting was what I hoped for and what you knew would happen. It has been identified by many as "an extraordinary experience" and other as "something they will never forget." To be sure, without exception, it was unlike anything any of them had seen or experienced before. More importantly, for me, it was a manifestation of getting "outside the box" and stimulating different notions of how to view an organization, its processes, one another or oneself.


I am convinced there is a wide universe of companies who would

enthusiastically embrace this catalytic approach.
