Correspondence

Mr. Zander, I would like to take the time to thank you for a very
inspiring and fun event you provided for us today at the O.C.Tanner
Company.

I enjoyed every minute, not only for what you thought, but to able to take
part of the energy that you so freely gave all of us. What an amazing
concept of giving people "A's" before you even know them. I will start
doing that very thing in my own home. I can see great possibilities in the
world, if that is all it takes.

You might be happy to learn that I tried to do a little less walking and a
little more skipping today!

Again, thank you for coming to Salt Lake City to bring us Joy!
